Jeremy wanted to explain that the demonic doctrine of the Christian Identity movement called the Serpent seed or Two seed doctrine should not be confused with a Calvinist doctrine accepted by many godly Christians. Although both doctrines use the same name tag, they are worlds apart in actual belief. Thank you Jeremy for your contribution.
Limited Atonement and Two-seed thought
by William J. Tarbush
There are two main schools of thought within modern American Christian theology . Those are Arminianism and Calvinism. Calvinism has a high view of God's Sovereignty while Arminianism thought believes in predestination, but not in an absolute sense. Rather, God looked in the future and “chose those who would choose him.” We will be focusing on the 'L' in the Acronym T-U-L-I-P. The 'L' stands for limited atonement which is defined as:
Limited Atonement:
There is also a small school of thought called two-seed, dual-seed, or serpent-seed that is mainly used by the Christian Identity movement to say that Jews are a not fully human because of a breeding between the serpent and Eve in the Garden of Eden. The problem with this school of thought is that we are all sons of Noah due to the destruction of man during the global deluge.
The two-seed thought still works as a non-racial idea. Matthew 25:32 (KJV) says “And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goat.” This idea works in the a (possible renamed) two-seed theology as the goats being a second seed from the sheep, but only idealogically, because we are all descended from Noah. There is also the fact that God, knowing before hand who would reject Him and not (in the Arminian way) having to look forward to find out, but being sovereign, omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipotent, just knowing, that He died just for us as in the verses quoted above.
